2.1 Scope of Services

Cryptoguardworks provides cybersecurity consulting, implementation, and managed security services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be detailed in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement.

2.2 Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Grant reasonable access to systems, networks, and documentation as required
  • Designate authorized points of contact for project communications
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality of shared security credentials and methodologies

2.3 Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and exclude applicable VAT.

2.4 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all deliverables produced during the engagement. Cryptoguardworks retains ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks used in service delivery.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

Cryptoguardworks shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

2.6 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of three (3) years.

IV. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Services not delivered as specified in the Statement of Work
  • Material breach of service level agreements by CryptoGuard
  • Duplicate payments made in error
  • Cancellation within the cooling-off period (14 days for remote services)

4.2 Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a written request to [email protected] within 30 days of the service delivery date. Include your invoice number, description of the issue, and desired resolution. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days.

4.3 Partial Refunds

Where work has been partially completed, a partial refund may be issued proportional to undelivered milestones. The assessment of completed work is at the reasonable discretion of CryptoGuard, informed by project documentation and deliverables.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services already rendered and accepted by the client
  • Third-party licensing fees paid on behalf of the client
  • Travel expenses incurred for on-site engagements
  • Custom security tools developed per client specifications

4.5 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer refunds may require additional processing time depending on the financial institution.

4.6 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a refund dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any legal remedies. Spanish law shall govern any unresolved disputes.
